Great tour, everything went smoothly but… a couple of things. 1) I booked through TripAdvisor and put in that it would be my husband and I plus our 2 kids. The tour company contacted me through WhatsApp and insisted no rooms could ever fit 4 people. I knew that was not true having traveled the world but I just could not argue with him anymore. So I paid the extra $500. When on the tour we found out we are staying at the doubletree Hilton and Hilton and both clearly had rooms for 4 people. 2) there was no information about the hotels or tour details provided before the tour. And it seemed like a lot of what was on the tour was not done, but they took us to stores where if we bought something they probably got a commission. 3) While they insisted the car would fit 6 people (including driver and tour guide) and our 2 bags and I kept saying based on the pic of the car they sent that was not possible they insisted. Lucky we managed to only need to bring 1 suitcase but otherwise it was impossible with my son having to sit in the 3rd row so only 1/2 the 3rd row being able to be folded.

We booked a fully tailored private tour; 2 days in Delhi, 2 days in Agra, 3 days in Jaipur and 2 days in Varanasi. The tour was very well organized and we really packed in a lot in the time we had. Our driver Vinod was an excellent driver, very professional, friendly and accommodating when we asked to alter our plans. The guides in all of the locations were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can be assured that you will have an amazing tour and will be very well looked after, the team go above and beyond to help in everyway. A couple of examples I can share of the teams dedication to their clients - Our daughter left her pink teddy in the hotel in Delhi (She's 18 and had it since she was born). After a couple of phone calls the team arranged for another driver to collect the teddy and we were reunited in Jaipur - now that is service! We also needed an emergency visit to a local dentist in Jaipur and this was arranged with no problem at all.

I have just finished a tour in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur - and had a really good time. It was easy to communicate with Gopal and he made a tour after my wishes. The guides and my driver was friendly and brought me safely around in the chaotic traffic and made it possible to see a lot of nice places in a short time. The only thing I found a bit frustrating was it was hard to find out how much I should use on entry fees and it also seems that the driver and the guides not always agreed about how we should spend the day and what we should visit when

Very impressed with the tour and how the whole trip was professionally managed and executed. The communications with the tour operator Gopal were very responsive and informative to make the right decisions. We travelled from the US and along with my wife and mother from Hyderabad. My mother and wife were very comfortable throughout the journey including dietary requests, hotels, car, etc.. We travelled with Hanuman for the 4 days who was above and beyond our expectations. I will give him 7 stars. By far one of the best experiences we have had in India and elsewhere - the tour reignited my love for India. The guides we very informative and helped ensure we spend the best time that suited our interests. If anything to improve it is the sign up/payment process to it is easier for american travelers.

Trip Summary : Picked us at Dehradun airport, been with us for 4 days while visiting Rishikesh, Haridwar and near by places, dropped at Dehradun airport to complete the trip This is my second trip with Golden Triangle Tours, few years back we engaged them for our trip to Delhi,Agra & Jaipur. Vijay Singh was very professional, friendly, went above and beyond to help us all the way thru the trip. Vehicle was extremely clean. The tour was amazing would definitely recommend. VIJAY, our driver, thank you so much for your great driving in the "organized chaos" of India traffic. You were not only a great driver and guide, you our now a great friend. 100% recommend him as a driver, so much so that I have requested him for my Mother's tour in a few days. Thank you for showing us the Taj Mahal from the gardens, taking us shopping for the Sari and Kurta Pajama. They made our Taj Mahal pictures even more amazing. We had Man Singh as our driver who did an excellent job navigating the traffic complemented by three very informative guides who really knew their stuff and brought the trip to life. Accommodation was authentic - clean and with excellent service. We were treated to a Sikh wedding in Agra - a delight to watch. The food in both hotels was excellent although for breakfast we kept it simple and enjoyed the vegetarian curries on an evening. Some great photos with the Guides being very talented in taking videos and photos. Some lovely memories made.

On 18th October 2023, my daughter and myself embarked on a comprehensive tour of Northern India, taking in a full-scale wedding in Jaipur on the way. I had met Gopal Lal Khatik, of Golden Triangle Tours once, already, on a shorter group-trip about ten years earlier. I decided to hand over the complete management of this trip to him once again and it was a decision I did not regret. Gopal is the consummate service provider. There seem to be no limits to his ability to meet one's requests. He will provide a comprehensive itinerary for the first-time visitor and will tailor-make his services to meet your specific requests with equal ease. We went around for two weeks, in the course of which we covered thousands of kilometres, soaked up innumerable historical sights and discourses, ate with crowds in downtown Jaipur at night, watched a tiger make a kill, got down and dirty in swarming bazaars and open-air markets, raced off in a tuk-tuk at 4 AM to get sunrise shots over the Taj Mahal, got randomly invited to join Indian families for dinner at their home, stayed in good hotels as promised and, all in all, acquired and took on board one of this world's great experiences - the experience of Incredible India. The guides provided were of a high standard throughout but our driver, Vinod, must be singled out for exceptional service. No journey was too daunting, no task too mundane for this man. He took it all in his stride, maintaining a careful guard and watchful eye on us throughout. This company, Golden Triangle Tours, are the core component of a successful and eminently satisfying trip.

Very happy we found Golden Triangle Tours, amongst the other tour companies we looked at they offered the best rate and most importantly the best communication with quick response times. Gopal planned a great itinerary for us on short notice and changed/added things to our preference. We upgraded to a larger vehicle due to luggage and traveling with 4 adults and a 1 year old, when our driver picked us up from the airport the van exceeded our expectations (very clean, comfortable and equipped with seat belts and A/C, etc. Our driver, Mahaveer, was excellent, friendly, and a safe driver! The trip included a local tour guide in each city who knows the area very well, we also were provided w a water bottle each day and hotels that included breakfast. We stayed in Delhi, Agra, Rathambore and Jaipur. Fully recommend using Golden Triangle Tours, letting Gopal plan your trip and having Mahaveer transport you in his luxury van.

Great trip. Each day we had a new local guide, and each day we were impressed with the knowledge. The Jaipur guide was also a master at iPhone photography. I could never have navigated the traffic as quickly and as well as our driver. Last day we added a leopard safari. Driver took us to step well between the Taj and Jaipur. Way off the beaten path, but worth it.

This was a really wonderful experience. The guides were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, the driver knew the cities really well, and the schedule of sights to see was incredibly well put together. The sights and landmarks selected were all fascinating and beautiful!

Great time so far. Old Delhi first say. Agra Taj Mahal and Agra fort and Jaipur Monday and Tuesday. Great service from Mr vinood and anil great tour guide with so much information. From beginning to end perfectly organised. Communication was brilliant both at home and on the tour - questions answered by return always. Great value for money tour everything just fell into place. Our driver, Anand, was just the best - both as a driver and a travelling companion. All done in a modern aircon, spacious vehicle. Everything was very prompt and orderly. Gopal contacted me within hours of my request and arranged everything. The driver, Hanuman, and tour guides were very friendly and were very informative throughout the whole trip. I always felt they were looking out for me and never felt unsafe in the bustling city. Would definitely recommend!

Gopal arranged my holiday wirh ease and gave me different tour options to chose infact he arranged exactly what i asked for.on arrival at Delhi my driver Hanuman was there and very helpful.all hotels were amazing.there was a english speaking guide at every location.this was a holiday of a lifetime and i cant recommend this company enough.we met Gopal in jaipur and had a lovely evening.i felt safe with his drivers and they could not do enough for us.brilliant..would use again ..totally trustworthy and fantastic hotels

I travelled with my Mum to India for the first time and together we did the golden triangle tour for a week. Gopal made all of the arrangements and booked all of our hotels as per our request. Gopal and his team of drivers and guides made our trip very easy. The drivers were experienced, knowledgable and professional. Driving in India is unique however all of the drivers were reliable and safe and we trusted them all. Gopal went out of his way to assist us during the week and even the week after when we had moved on and were travelling alone. Thank you to Gopal for making us feel secure and relaxed in your incredible home country. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I return 🙏🙏🙏

I asked Gopal of Golden Triangle tours to organise a private tour for my husband and myself and asked Gopal for an itinerary including a private driver and a guide for the major sites and for 3 star accomodation. He responded very quickly and we communicated regularly for months. He is very responsive via Whatsapp calls and messages. Overall we were very happy with the tour and accomodation. Most of the guides were good, with stand out guides in both Udaipur ( Abi) and Ahmed in Agra. The accomodation was good but the best was in Udaipur based on both location and friendliness of Mahendra Prakesh hotel. The meals were also great. Whilst the accomodation in Mandewa was fantastic there was a wedding on there when we stayed and as it was going on right outside our door we didnt sleep at all. I would not book accomodation here knowing there was a wedding. Our driver Maan Singh was great for 12 days although we did do some long days in the car based on the itinerary. If I did it again I would change slightly. Our last driver for Jaipur to Delhi Rajwinder was great also and both were very adept and safe at negotiating the craziness of traffic in India. One thing I would avoid is going to any factory ro shops the guides ask you to as they are based on commission and are exdtremely overpriced. A polite 'NO" is acceptable. One thing that could be improved on is the accomodation in a couple of places as they were in an area of town with no interest: not near any attractions or markets or bazaars etc. This occured in Jodhpur and Bikaner and Jaipur. Great accomodation but the location was a bit disappointing. Im sure Gopal could amend this is asked as he is very much open to pleasing clients. Our drivers rely on tipping from us which I understand is common practice for most tours. I have not qualms in recommending Gopal and GTtours in the future. I am happy to answer any queries anybody has

We booked a 5 days trip to cover the Golden Triangle tour in India, and had a very pleasant and comfortable experience from start to end. The process of booking and curating our itinerary was seamless, and Gopal was prompt in responding to my questions throughout the booking process. He even reached out the day before our trip was expected to start to confirm details. The driver assigned to us was Vijay, who was promptly waiting for us at the airport, right where we were told he’d be. The car was clean, always stocked with water and snacks and extremely comfortable to travel in, despite the long drives. We really enjoyed our time with Vijay, he had many interesting stories and insights about the places that we drove by, he was polite, and very responsive to even our most specific needs. He was dressed professionally, on time to pick us up every morning, drop us off safely to the airport late in the evening after our trip was done. His amicable nature made the long drives from one city to another go by in no time. The guides assigned to us were great too and had valuable information about the sites to share - Shiv (in Delhi), Anil (in Agra) and Deepak (in Jaipur). Special shout out to Anil, who took the most instagrammable photographs of us at the Taj Mahal at no extra cost! The hotels that were booked for us were also extremely clean and comfortable. Gopal took into consideration our request to stay in 5* hotels. Although this meant we paid extra to stay at a high end hotel, we appreciated the comfort that we came back to after a long day of sightseeing in the cities. Gopal also met us in Jaipur to check in and make sure were comfortable and well taken care of. Overall it’s been a fantastic trip and would certainly recommend for first time travellers to India. we have fantastic experience with the 5-day golden triangle tours india . The travel company was easy to communicate with us and The driver vinod was absolutely fantastic and if you are traveling for five days together, tour guide Deepak and Anil we recommended to everyone , they were very knowledgeable and nice and their English was perfect, we can't say anything other than that the tour company has found the best guides. The hotels were excellent and we had a comfortable trip.

Brilliant tour company! Gopal organised everything fantastically and made sure to communicate beforehand, adapting to my requests kindly eg changing the tiger zones and times. Our driver Vinod was brilliant! He picked us up in the new car and welcomed us with a garland of flowers and “namaste”! He taught us a lot about Indian culture and was really helpful, even locating a UK to India plug adaptor and helping us with the transaction. The tour guides were all knowledge and flexible to altering plans. Very accommodating and fun. I would say to anyone booking, definitely use the tour company! Maybe just remember to factor in tipping for your guides each day and the driver overall into your expenses :)

I can’t recommend Gopal and Golden Triangle Tours highly enough. We were looked after from the very start by the superb driver Mahaveer who picked us up from the airport and was with us all 10 days (but certainly not intrusive). The hotels were all excellent and the guides very friendly and informative. India is an amazingly beautiful place with a rich history. It was the best holiday I have had and I’ll certainly be saving to go again.
